PART 2

The job looks good.  People seem friendly there, and word on the street is some cool people happen to go in there. I made some observations today and anyway here they are
Observations:
Never wear a Hawaiian shirt and grow your mustache.
 Never wear your elf shoes equipped with bells with jeans... you'll just look crazy
Never go days without showering and feel the need to run through people on the sidewalk...it saddens everyone around you with a strange unpleasant odor.

Good morning!  Today is the first day of my new job, little nervous but that vacation had to end sometime, I need some free coffee too so....about time.   The weekend was good but didn't do too much.  Today's lesson is to never drive with a soon to be zombie in the backseat....come on people just not a good idea part 2 of the lesson is to keep in touch because if your not in touch that soon to be zombie may attack and kill you :P

Happy Thanksgiving!  I had a good Thanksgiving with great people.  I think the problem with texting is you never can fully understand how something should be taken.  I say this because of recently from texting I stopped talking to someone because thats the vibe I got from a text, needless to say I am glad we are talking again.  Today I heard its always the little things when you miss something, which is very true it is hard to miss something as a whole as the little things you miss.  It was great to meet new people today at Thanksgiving it was a good to hear people supporting the move and just standing behind you! Also its suppose to be 70 tomorrow and I have my first day at Starbucks....hope im not there long I'm thinking beach and mountain run!

Oh I remember now, it’s something I that I dreamed of

Tomorrow....Thanksgiving..... this will be the first time ever I haven't spend Thanksgiving with my family.  Its a weird not spending it with them this year but a lot has changed in a year.  Tonight is the biggest bar night of the year, I can remember a year ago going to Ruckle's Pier (in a pierless town :P) Things I was probably thinking about probably consisted of making up some fake journals to hand in for school, but the time was spend hanging out with great friends and company.  Oh did I mention a sweet bro to pick me up after getting hassled with from the police.  I'm thankful for everyone in my life!

The place with the most allure

       It was a productive day, its nice to have a job that hasn't started yet so I get a little vacation time.  It was another successful run up the mountain getting better and better every run.  Jeremy also came with me to the park today to run and try not to trip over the packs of dogs!  I never would expect to see so much ass hanging out as I did today on a sleeping homeless man it was a lot of ass so much ass that I noticed a huge zit...hahaha gross I know :P

Oh please tell me that your alright, Everything is alright

         Hey there, its been an interesting two days since I last blogged.  Well I start work at Starbucks on next monday.  Nothing makes me more excited about running than a new pair of running shoes and Marc and I went out to a sweet footlocker like the best one I've ever seen!  So naturally after picking up some sweet neon green shoes I had to test them out in the park, get a little better traction than the DC's.
        It's interesting when people ask for your opinion and they get it and don't like it but hey sometimes you just have to find out for yourself.  I would like to thank a few people for supporting me in this move, Sarah-Anne my ex-girlfriend who has talked alot to me while out here.  I'd also like to thank my close friends Kalysta, Angela, and Rachel for listening to me and giving me advice on the break up!  Which one thing I don't get is why would you ask your recent ex about his opinion on another guy....kinda hurtful :(
       On the topic of break ups it always seems like a guitar always makes them a bit better, with some classic Blink 182!  Too bad I sold my guitar for cash :P
        I have this whole week off, I'm hoping to spend sometime at the beach in Santa Monica, and some running in Runyon Canyon Park.  Also I would like to add California is a pretty sweet place.
Just looking for the good in people - Vaughn (hahaha true) also thanks Vaughn for being a good friend as well!

*whisper* time to believe again

A week of trying to get a job has paid off.  In my search for better comfort in the living room (which wasn't successful) I got a call from Starbucks and I got a job. It's a lot off my chest that is for sure.  Also saw some Harry Potter not too shabby.  Also this week has given me a lot of confidence boosts on more the one occasion :P When girls roll down their window to ask you who you are and if your going someone where later, it defiantly makes your head grow a bit...maybe drive by flirting in a California thing.... it must be a super short term thing :P

LA brings some interesting interactions... For instance today when I walked out side I said hi to a lady on our steps and we got talking. She had told me she had just been dumped so I shared my breakup story and then was asked how old I was. Ohhh let me add she wouldn't tell me how old she was...but really she looked 35. I told her how hard it is to get a job around here and she told me I should try to work at the gym she works at when I asked what it was named she gave me her phone number which at first I thought was an address till I noticed it extended past four numbers as she left she said to call her...first cougar experience...but I do really need a job! I thought about being a street performer I figured I would play a homeless guy but I don't think I would make more than a homeless guy..
Time for a new paragraph even though my ideas are always bouncing.

Today was a productive day I have applied for more jobs online and tried to get signed up for food stamps but got denied because I'm a student and unemployed. :( Also got a call from the addias store but missed the call so many it wasn't as productive as it could have been. Well wish me luck friends.

Small sacrifice to see your friend's dream come true

Well today I had my first interview in LA at Starbucks.  I had one interview then was able to move on to the second interview which was a group interview, which I have never done before.  It was interesting but don't know my odds of getting the job, suppose to know by next Wednesday.  So tomorrow the job search goes on.

Nice day in LA

It was a sunny day today aside from the smog pretty nice :P I had applied to a good amount of places today feels pretty good and I have a group interview at Starbucks tomorrow! It sure would be nice to have a job soon. Today I have come upon the assumption that if in a jam and I need a whitty sign I shale call a hobo...shit they don't have phones... Well Anyway let me tell you I'll get ahold of them somehow or another!

Looking for jobs day 1

Today I ventured to look for jobs in Santa Monica. Got a few apps in but not near enough, turns out alot of apps are online. So We came back to our apt to find some Internet. The day is done but we are on our way to having it. On another note as I've moved half way across the country it is important to follow your heart. As of recently I've found this to be true although I've not always done it...I seem to regret it... So yeah from now on I'm doing that!

So a week ago I packed up my things and moved to California. I gotta say it wasn't the easiest thing to say goodbye to my friends and family! :( I was able to get an apartment near West Hollywood it's hard moving to a new place when you don't know many people there. I start the job search tommarrow. Wish me luck! I'd also like to thank my loving friends and family who supported the move, you guys mean alot to me!
